What Netway Technologies is
Netway Technologies is an independent comparison and authorized retail marketing service. We are not an internet, TV, phone or security provider. All services compared on this site are delivered, billed and supported by the respective provider, under that provider's own terms of service.
Pricing, availability and offers
Prices, speeds, equipment inclusions, gift cards and promotional terms shown on this site are verified against provider-published offers on the date noted beside them, but vary by address and change without notice. The provider's official checkout is the final authority on the price, availability and terms that apply to you. Netway makes no guarantee that any particular plan, price or promotion will be available at your address.
Orders and provider relationships
Orders are placed directly with the provider you select. The provider, not Netway, is responsible for installation, service quality, billing, support, cancellation and refunds. Netway Technologies may be compensated by providers for referrals, as described in our Compensation Methodology.
Callback requests
When you submit the callback form, you agree to be contacted by the Netway team about your request using the details you provide. We contact you about your request only, and your details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Provider names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed under the dealer, retailer and agent designations shown. The Netway Technologies name, logo and original site content belong to Netway Technologies and may not be reproduced without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including scraping content at scale, submitting false information through our forms, interfering with the site's operation, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netway Technologies disclaims all warranties and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on comparison information, for provider performance, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
